Working as part of a busy HR Service Centre team, the role will be focusing on the HR needs of our Southern Operations business areas.

This is ideal step up for and experienced HR Administrator looking to progress their career.


What will you be doing day to day?

  • Support set business area(s) as first line of contact
  • Drafting letters relating to contractual changes, meeting outcomes, salary changes & other adhoc administration.
  • Provide effective and quality assured advice, guidance and support in the areas of, but not limited to, employee relations, recruitment, TUPE, equality and diversity, reward and change management in accordance with policy and best practice.
  • Management of ongoing HR related cases such as Sickness Management, Physio appointments, probations & Maternity and Paternity.
  • Support wider HR department with various tasks such as; minutetaking, outcome letters & advice and guidance as first point of contact for our Southern Operations for a wide range of HR related tasks & issues.
  • Use internal systems to process admin related tasks, ensuring SLA's & Payroll deadlines are met, while making sure compliance and GDPR requirements are maintained.

What you'll need

  • Ideally holder of HR qualification or working towards attaining one
  • Good experience working in a HR role previously
  • Ability to multitask and deal with multiple demanding stakeholders
  • A good understanding of the SGN Business and complexities around contractual issues
  • Excellent communication & administration skills
  • Good MS Office Suite Skills
  • Previous experience using HR related systems would be advantageous
