BRITA Vivreau have an exciting new field-based vacancy reporting into the National Sales Manager to identify and obtain new business opportunities within the North London, Northants, Herts, Cambridge and Essex regions.


The purpose of the role is to identify opportunities for
BRITA Vivreau to develop its direct business in line with the agreed commercial strategy and lead the 'top account' customer relationship within the region & create annual plans to support long term mutual benefit.
Key responsibilities for New Business

  • To effectively target new business opportunities within the defined territory and to deliver quarterly and annual financial performance vs budget (installs/NSV/Product Mix).
  • Effectively network within target sectors in line with the commercial strategy this includes corporate, manufacturing, HORECA, and strategic focuses.
  • Be accountable to selfgenerate high value customer leads to ensure target customer profile mix is achieved in line with the strategy.
  • Contact and convert marketing lead opportunities within timings and process outlined by the business
  • Ensure the ongoing management of "won" customers is effectively communicated with the customer, and a structured handover is completed to the incoming account handler, where agreed in line with customer profile/type.

Sales Excellence will require gold standard planning and prioritization skills to achieve weekly/monthly activity KPIs.

  • Strong Capability in Solution Selling Framework
  • Maintain 100% CRM compliance ensuring all activity, opportunities and contacts are kept updated.
  • Ensure you have the latest product portfolio knowledge and understanding to present the key features and benefits to your customers
  • Present customer proposals (and pricing) within agreed templates as issued by the business,
  • Accurate forecasting of monthly sales performance and installs.
  • Attend Trade shows/Networking Events (where required) with support from internal stakeholders to ensure awareness of brand is high.

To be successful in this role you will

  • Have a minimum of 4 Years Field B2B Sales Experience in a Capital Equipment/Service Contract Environment.
  • Proven experienced in delivering a solutionbased sales process.
  • Experience of using a CRM Reporting Platform.
  • It is essential you have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary is dependent on experience up to £37,000 + circa £10K OTE + £6,000 car allowance + company benefits
