Description

Working as part of a team you will liaise internally and with other advisers in the transaction process.

You will be reviewing term sheets, legal implementation and debt documents review and go into detail with analysis for negotiations.

With this, you willsupport marketing initiatives to deliver pitch materials.

Another key element of this role is to build, analyse, research and evaluate financial models and restructuring targets in order to assess potential impacts on cashflow, returns and other outcomes.

You must have strong financial modelling capabilities with experience forecasting cashflows and debt. Familiar with debt instruments such as bonds, loans, secured and unsecured. You must understand and recognise opportunies for fee growth and identify potentialrestructuring targets.
