Part time Bookkeeper / Accounts Assistant

Their commitment to quality is evident in their meticulous vetting process, ensuring that each home meets their high standards.They are looking for a part time Bookkeeper / Accounts Assistant to join them hours a week either in a hybrid capacity ( Central London) or remotely.
Bookkeeper / Accounts Assistant -What Will I Be Doing?
Your role will be integral to maintaining financial precision and supporting seamless operations
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating on monthly management accounts.
- Handling accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliation.
- Processing purchase invoices in various currencies (Sterling, Euro & US dollars).
- Managing and recording all sales invoices.
- Issuing payment receipts and statements.
- Ensuring accuracy in recording and reporting financial transactions.
- Supporting overall accounts operations.
- Conducting bank account reconciliation.
- Generating reports on debtors and creditors.
- Enhancing financial transaction efficiency and controls.
Bookkeeper / Accounts Assistant - What Experience Do I Need?
- Excellent knowledge of financial and accounting principles (minimum 3 years of accounting experience).
- Proven experience in financial management.
- High attention to detail is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Selfmotivated, with the ability to work independently.
- Experience inputting and maintaining records in a CRM.
- Experience within the travel industry is preferred but not essential.
- Experience with Xero and Salesforce is desirable.
- Tenacity and a positive, flexible attitude are critical personal attributes for success in this role.
