What are we looking for?
You will have experience of developing services and improving customer satisfaction using KPI's, budget setting and performance management to measure success.
What you can expect from us
We offer a competitive salary of £33,950 per annum, a generous annual leave entitlement of 31 days, plus 1 additional day's leave for your birthday (which can be taken at any time), plus bank holidays and a pension scheme with employer matched contributions of up to 10%.

We are passionate about our people, enabling their development, with learning opportunities to progress both personally and professionally. This includes access to volunteer in our local communities or learn a new skill outside of work.
We have created a flexible working environment, with Onward WorkSpace, which is our approach that focuses on work being the thing that we do that makes a difference to our customers, not the place we go.
