We're seeking an expert in Employee Relations and Case Resolution to join us at Virgin Media O2. The successful individual will utilise insight to drive interventions, minimise the escalation of disputes and resolve ER issues.
As the Subject Matter Expert (SME), you'll need to be a confident communicator as you'll be advising managers and senior collaborators on ER issues within their teams.
On that note, we'd love you to help improve our line manager capability by providing them with the advice, support and training, enabling them to manage people case issues in a skilled Inclusive and equitable way.

The must havesIn order to be considered, you must have the following experience;- Proven background in Employee Relations (ER) - able to evidence your understanding of sophisticated grievances, disciplinary's, cases, absence and employment tribunals- Demonstrable experience in mitigate risks- Proven experience delivering customised training within a business setting- Experienced in analysing data and presenting it back to the business in a succinct manor- Intermediate knowledge and understanding of Microsoft office

We'd also love you to bring;- A resolution focused approach- a Confident and concise communicator (written and verbal)- Mediation accreditation- CIPD qualification
