JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Answering customer queries.
  • Providing eCommerce support to our network of stores and other internal departments.
  • Resolving customer issues.
  • Processing refunds and replacements.
  • Representing eCommerce in a positive and professional manner.
  • Working towards quantitative and qualitative KPIs.
  • Processing customers sell to orders.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Previous experience is not necessary, as full training will be provided.

  • Passionate about delivering great customer experiences.
  • Computer literate and in possession of excellent written communication skills. Selfmotivated and a keen learner.
  • Enthusiastic about working in a targetdriven environment.

LOCATION


Our warehouse is located in North Watford, within walking distance of Watford Junction station and with good travel connections to North London and South Hertfordshire.


Salary:
Up to £10.50 per hour
