Executive Assistant

The Team:

You will be a member of a small team working within S&P Global Ratings for the OneCommercial Group in EMEA supporting members of the Market Outreach, Marketing, Product & Business Management and Sales teams in the execution of their roles inan efficient and effective manner.

Reporting to the Global Head of Market Outreach and supporting the Global Head of Marketing, you will also support those activities globally.

We are looking for a self-driven individual who works effectively as part of a small team and is able to interact effectively with clients both internally and externally.

You will become an integral member of the Group responsible for identifying, developing and leveraging results from some of SPGR's keystakeholders including investors, intermediaries and issuers.


Responsibilities:


  • Diary management of various senior team members, including coordinating the organisation of both internal and external meetings, often with senior external stakeholders
  • Provide daily administrative support to the OneCommercial team (comprising the Sales, Product, Marketing and Market Outreach teams).
  • Prepare and process monthly expenses for the team for billing
  • Provide support on adhoc assignments or projects.
  • Electronical storing and registering in internal systems, making sure following internal policies.

What We're Looking For:


  • Solid administrative assistant experience in a financial services setting, supporting a large team
  • Excellent and effective organizational and time management skills as well as communication skills.
  • Must be able to work in a fastpaced team environment and to work independently but also possess excellent teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility and commitment to achieving outcomes or results, often under time pressure
  • Proficient in using MS Office, including MS Teams & Outlook. Strong IT knowledge is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize as well as to follow up/manage ongoing projects/issues.
  • You are a detailoriented individual and can work well under pressure.
  • Excellent skills in the English language, both written and oral.
