Our client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team in Portsmouth.

Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to)

  • Making outbound calls to our clients and customers.
  • Data Entry.
  • General administrative duties.

Knowledge, Experience and Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident when speaking on the telephone.
  • Computer literate.
  • NVQ in Business & Administration or similar.
  • At least 3 years' experience in an administrative role.
  • Must be available for immediate start.

Salary:
£22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
