Trainee Lettings Negotiator
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join an ambitious company in Bristol.


Due to continued growth, our client is looking for a Lettings Negotiator to strengthen their team to help provide the best possible support to customers and clients in this varied and interesting role.

As a Lettings Negotiator you will:

  • Build and maintain relationships with Landlords, tenants and contractors
  • Ensure high level of customer service is being provided
  • Register applicants, arrange and conduct viewings
  • Provide feedback to landlords and negotiate any offers
  • Assist the asset/property managers

You will have the following skills / experience:

  • Enthusiastic and motivated individual
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Eager to develop and progress within a modern company
  • Interested in all things property

Salary:
£21,000 + Commission
OTE: £25,000
