Our client is a thriving, respected architectural company with a strong ethos of staff development and support who are seeking to recruit a temporary Administration Support to join their team.

This is a temporary position with an opportunity to turn permanent if you are a flexible, proactive self-learner. You will be joining a team that is multi-skilled with a dynamic blend of talent, opinion and approach.


Responsibilities:


  • Managing bill payments
  • Managing setting up computers for new users and IT in the conference rooms
  • Keeping track of licenses on Microsoft, checking billing
  • Setting up sharepoint folders, libraries and sites
  • Organising mobile phone renewals
  • Uploading documents to sharepoint
  • Keeping equipment register up to date
  • Staff expenses recording and organising for payment
  • Support to the architect team for insurance renewals, marketing support etc.
  • Setting up folders for new projects and associated tasks
  • Tracking timesheet completion by staff
  • Ensuring meeting rooms are clean, tidy, working
  • Arranging staff travel
  • Filing/archiving, recording incoming and outgoing post.
Criteria

  • Office 365 packages
  • Flexible and proactive willing to help out wherever help is needed
  • Experience working in a sharepoint environment an advantage
  • Experience in managing bill payments would be an advantage
