HCPH Customer Service, Communications & Training Officer

Band 8 - £28,770 to £31,364 pa (Pro rata for Part Time Posts)**
1 x 37 hours per week

Temp for up to 12 months - may consider secondment for Bradford Council employees only

Based at Shearbridge Depot, BD7 1PU, with hybrid working when established in the role

You will have:
  • Excellent customer service skills, always maintaining a polite and professional manner.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate sometimes complex matters in a way that is easily understood, both verbally, written & electronic.
  • The ability to deal confidently with a wideranging audience, including complaint investigation, conclusion & outcomes and training on an individual and group basis.
  • A solid understanding of FOI, DPA, SAR & NR3 requests, including confidentiality, data & evidence integrity, information security and regulatory requirements.
  • A wide range of IT skills covering various packages relating to the area of work, including management information and MS Office, social media, and websites.
  • An exceptional eye for detail, including checking, auditing, and suggesting improvements to processes, procedures and policies.
