RSW Ltd are recruiting for a Yard Operative/FLT Driver to work on a permanent basis for their successful client based at their manufacturing/Assembly Facility.

Initially based at their site in Pontypool (Mamhilad), our client is in the process of setting up a new facility in the Magor area.

Roles and responsibilities:

Working in a busy Yard/Facility environment with the need to work outside and inside the premises.
Loading, unloading of raw materials and finished products as required.
Working in a team or on their own as required to suit business needs
Assisting with loading of trailers, etc. to company projects (sites)
Duties include working in a two man team where tasks will include supporting a FLT driver on foot and vice versa.

MUST have a current and in date FLT Counterbalance Licence (5 ton licence) RTITB licence preferred but an in-house licence will be considered.

Combilift FLT licence required but in house training can be given
Full driving licence and own vehicle a must (due to location)
Large facility/Warehouse/industrial experience required of moving, stacking, organising large heavy objects
Recording and documenting various items to ensure goodsin/out items are controlled and organised as per business needs.
Be flexible and adaptable working a busy yard environment to include the organising of materials necessary for sending completed panels to site.
