Role Overview


We're looking for an enthusiastic, results and data driven People Operations Administrator with a keen eye for detail, to join our team.

You'll support the People Operations function in the day-to-day administration and co-ordination of key HR activities, relating to systems and data, engagement and administration.

You'll also support with activities within the wider People team as required.


Main Responsibilities:


Systems Data

  • Ensure the effective and on time administration and processing of "inlife" contractual, payroll and administrative changes through our HR and payroll system, Sharepoint and ATS, so that our systems remain accurate and up to date
  • Provide new starter and leaver information to any 3rd party providers as required
  • Ensure that the data we house is accurate and conforms to all required legislative standards, for example GDPR
  • Undertake effective data capture and reporting from various systems to support the timely provision of key data to stakeholders, working collaboratively across the People team
  • Support the implementation of additional or alternative systems as required, in relation to data and administrative support

Engagement

  • Undertake all administration associated with our benefits, Employee of the Quarter, annual awards, and our annual salary review process, as well as other adhoc duties as required
  • Coordinate and manage our leavers process, including managing exit interviews, reviewing data and highlighting risks and opportunities to others across the People team
  • Provide administrative support to our regular cycle of engagement surveys, including running reports and data capture, as well as administering HR related communication on our employee app and other communication channels
  • Support HR senior management on adhoc projects or activities as required, including but not limited to supporting team meetings and development opportunities and businesswide communication opportunities

Administration

  • Work closely with the People Business Partnering team to provide an effective and proactive administration service in support of employee relations activity such as drafting and sending letters for key ER activities and supporting the business partners to provide a timely and efficient service to our stakeholders
  • Allocating cases to People Business Partners where required and managing all associated administration tasks, responding to basic enquiries and ensuring accurate records are held within the required files
  • Manage the HR inbox, allocating tasks and responding to basic enquiries, ensuring accurate records are retained at all times

  • Hands on practical approach, with the ability to carry out operational tasks quickly and accurately
  • Proven skills in building positive and open relationships with the ability to work in a team environment and with many stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to modify communication style to meet the needs of multiple stakeholders
  • Proficient in various IT systems including Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook and HRIS, with a positive approach to using systems and technology
  • Previous experience of working in an HR environment
