A bit about the role... Working in a team with Ross Nicolson our Head of Estates Management and other team members, the Business Support Administrator will play a critical role in supporting the estate management team and be responsible for the effective collation and analysisof data and information to enable accurate and timely reporting. You will be joining our highly skilled and experienced team which forms part of the larger national Estates Management Team of 24 people, who are committed to making positive change in how theAgency's assets are managed and ensure a safe and compliant estate.


Ross is dedicated to delivering a high quality and consistent customer service, resolving issues informally wherever possible, taking an innovative and creative approach to estate management issues.

Ross believes in working in a collaborative/flexible wayto foster good decision making and problem solving within their team.


The Business Support Administrator will be responsible for managing and coordinating key projects, tasks, events, outputs, meetings and reports for the team ensuring they are executed and delivered to appropriate standards and quality in line with operationaland functional reporting timelines and requirements and provide an effective professional and dedicated Analytical, Administrative and Office support service to the Estate Management Team in the collation, analysis and reporting of data for various purposesincluding performance of the Agency's land and property holdings and the estate management service.

Working with key stakeholders and a professional estate management team you will support Estate Managers and Senior Estates leadership and have the opportunityto help create an agile and proactive estate management function.


A bit about you Whilst our day job is to deliver a high quality and consistent service to our stakeholders on estate management, you will be used to "spinning several plates" at once and can work to tight deadlines whilst being methodical with good attention to detail andexcellent organisational skills, you will always be looking for ways to improve performance and innovate.


As an experienced administrative professional, desirably with some experience within commercial or rural property sectors, you'll understand how to manage a busy workload and be able to demonstrate you can work with others as part of a team in a collaborative,inclusive way.

You will be proficient to an intermediate level with Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and PowerPoint and be able to utilise Excel to an advanced level (pivot tables, formulas, data visualisation) particularly in relation to organising and analysinglarge data sets.


You'll be comfortable supporting the Estate Management team in resolving complex estate management issues, aiming to deliver a professional estates service to the Homes England vacant and tenanted land and property portfolio including, brownfield, commercial,agricultural land and other assets as acquired.

Delivering on a mission as bold as ours isn't always easy.

You will have excellent oral and written communication and reporting skills and be resilient and comfortable managing stakeholders at a senior level and your discussions will always be shaped bya good understanding of the commercial and operational impact of what we do as an estate management team.

You will enjoy working in an innovative, fun and engaging way and be able to negotiate and persuade.
