Overview:
You will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills as you complete a IT AWS Cloud Support Specialist - Level 3 Apprenticeship.
Salary:
£10,296 - £14,605 per annum.
Main duties:
- Analyse and resolve day to day technical problems
- PC break/fix repair
- Software upgrades
- Network fault diagnostics
- Network auditing
- Project case work
- Use relevant Support software to log and manage user issues to the required standard
- To progress project work as allocated by the IT Manager
- To escalate issues to the IT Manager
- Ensure that departmental SLAs are achieved
- To maintain a broad knowledge of technology, equipment, and/or systems

- Strong interest in Microsoft Windows operating systems

- Interest in PC hardware and networks

- Comfort with dealing with people at all levels both in written and verbal communications

Future prospects:
92% of QA Apprentices secure permanent employment after finishing their apprenticeship. Additionally, there may be opportunities to undertake further apprenticeship training as many of our programs offer on-going development tracks.

QA's apprenticeships are funded by the Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), an executive agency of the Department for Education.
To be eligible for a Government funded apprenticeship you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years.
