Overview:


You will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills as you complete a IT AWS Cloud Support Specialist - Level 3 Apprenticeship.


Salary:

£10,296 - £14,605 per annum.


Main duties:


  • Analyse and resolve day to day technical problems
  • PC break/fix repair
  • Software upgrades
  • Network fault diagnostics
  • Network auditing
  • Project case work
  • Use relevant Support software to log and manage user issues to the required standard
  • To progress project work as allocated by the IT Manager
  • To escalate issues to the IT Manager
  • Ensure that departmental SLAs are achieved
  • To maintain a broad knowledge of technology, equipment, and/or systems

Entry criteria:

  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

92% of QA Apprentices secure permanent employment after finishing their apprenticeship. Additionally, there may be opportunities to undertake further apprenticeship training as many of our programs offer on-going development tracks.
