An exciting opportunity has arisen within Women's and Children's Division at Watford General Hospital. We are friendly, hard-working team of administrative, nursing and medical staff. We take great pride in helping our patients and in delivering the best service we can.


We are looking for an experienced Patient services Officer who is a self-motivated and committed person, to work as part of our busy team in our back office.


The successful applicant should be able to demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organisational and I.T skills, and the ability to prioritise workload and be able to work with limited supervision.

This is a full-time post is 37.5 hours per week Monday-Friday and it may require some flexibility. You will be working at Watford General Hospital.

Reception & ANC cover, making/rescheduling appointments, cashing up clinics. Puling/ordering notes, printing clinic lists & prepping for clinics. General filing. Tracking notes & printing labels.

To ensure patient data is accurate & up to date.

To undertake any other administrative duties as directed by The Senior Office Manager.

These will be most dramatic at Watford General Hospital where up to 90% of buildings will be new.
