**About the Head of Ecommerce role: The Head of Ecommerce and Omnichannel performance will lead the brands e-commerce transformation, the acceleration of digital adoption, and lead the team to champion an omnichannel experience across all sales channels, elevating the customers end-to-endexperience to be seamless and personalised. This will be delivered whilst maximising revenue for the brand.

Define the Ecommerce and Omnichannel Performance strategy
Champion a reliable & distinctive order experience across all channels
Lead a team who are responsible for user experience, consumer order journey, and channel trading and optimisation
Leverage data & insight where you understand customers needs, habits, and perceptions to continuously optimise performance
Drive adoption for digital channels, encouraging more transactions to go through a digital touchpoint
Define the acquisition and retention plan
Expand access points to make it easier for a guest to order food, whilst driving the strategy for new channels and deliver a plan to bring this to life
