  • THE ROLE
  • You will be responsible for working closely with the Sales and Marketing Director in developing and executing a sales strategy that will increase the revenue through National and Regional customers and further expand our customer base by providing industry leading guest services. You will lead a team of high performing sales professionals and work closely with other departments within the organisation including marketing, customer service, and operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Deliver and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, focusing on new business sales growth whilst maintaining a sales pipeline to ensure adequate forward revenue cover.
  • Own and Manage the Revenue Forecast and offer regular insights to achieve budget.
  • Drive upselling and crossselling across key accounts within the department and across the wider portfolio.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance to maximize their potential and performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders, and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and operations to ensure smooth customer onboarding, and ongoing customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and manage sales budgets and monitor performance against targets.
  • Forecast performance and influence decisions based on Revenue pipeline.
  • Attend networking events, conferences, and delivery of Keynote appointments.
  • Support and Influence the Marketing Strategy.
  • Support the retention strategy and continually outperform Customer Feedback targets.
  • Launch and influence the strategy behind new hospitality product offerings within the AO Arena.
  • Lead research and insight on hospitality offerings within live entertainment spaces.
  • WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Proven track record of leading a B2B sales department.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
  • Experience in managing sales teams, and ability to provide coaching and guidance.
  • Strong customer focus, and ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Maintain standards of excellence from Sales through to delivery.
  • CRM Experience.
  • Ticketmaster and Digital Ticketing Experience.
  • Inventory Management Experience.
  • Experience with Seat Unique.
  • People Management and Sales Coaching Experience.
