We are recruiting for a Sales Administrator for one of our environmental management clients in Portsmouth

You will be calling around existing clients and prospect clients and selling products. Arranging the most effective solution for the customers and proactively seek opportunities to upsell to customers. You will be resolving problems by clarifying issues and providing solutions, escalating unresolved problems when appropriate.

THE ROLE

Respond to customer queries via all channels in a friendly and courteous manner, ensuring Contact Centre targets are met.
Identify the most suitable waste solution and capture all the relevant details from the customer in the system in an accurate and efficient manner, processing payments when required.
Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner, ensuring you provide a resolution adhering to the Company's procedures and escalate where appropriate.
Proactively seek opportunities to effectively upsell DS packages to customers, making them aware of promotions and reinforce the benefits.
Maintain customer satisfaction records through the customer satisfaction survey, feedback and commendations.
Register members ensuring they understand the benefits and meet the requirements. Collate information required to register and update the membership list.
Complete tasks as required and support other departments within the business when requested to do so. (e.g. POA, prior notice calls, driver paperwork)
