In addition, these fellowships offer a unique opportunity to develop the capability necessary for your future role as a clinical leader, through working with other leaders within your own organization, understanding the culture and the barriers to change supported by NHS-E Midlands to understand and lead positive change in learning and clinical environment.

The fellow will be working alongside other fellows in the region involve in Postgraduate Trainee Forum and contribute to improving communication between PGDiT and stakeholders to help improve trainee engagement and involvement.

Fellows will have the opportunity to interact with other arms lengths bodies as well as being exposed to other aspects of NHS-E

The Fellow will be encouraged to develop and lead project work.
