Experience with HR and recruitment in Education, Health or Social Care would be beneficial, as would a 'techy edge' in working modern technology and software.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and maintain HR, recruitment and other relevant databases, such as the Single Central Record.
- General admin for the safeguarding vetting and onboarding for staff.
- Contribute to the management of the organisation's website, such as staff and organisational information updates.
- Ensure various legislative guidance and regulations are met through quality assurance compliance checks.
- Research and pursue projects within the organisation aims and objectives with regards to recruitment, HR and retention.
- Quality assure all HR and recruitment administrative processes in place, taking responsibility for developing these and ensuring they are compliant and improving.
- Contribute to the management of various events planned on the farm for staff and volunteers to support them in their work and promote wellbeing (such as staff socials, volunteer enrichment sessions etc.)
- Work with a range of data, data input, data analysis and production in relation to Recruitment, HR and retention.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
A Higher education qualification in an area of work relevant to the role.
Evidenced ICT skills
At least 2 years full time experience working in an administrative post in a relevant area.
At least 2 years experience dealing with recruitment or in HR related roles.

Part-time hours: 30 per week
Salary:
£21,748.00-£24,297.00 per year

- Diploma of Higher Education (required)
