Description

The Role
Due to significant growth and future work, we're seeking to recruit an IT Management Trainee.

Our programme is a minimum 24 month scheme depending on your level of qualifications, where you will spend the majority of your time with our IT team to gain an understanding of all aspects of IT before settling into an area of specialism.

You will also spend some time with the wider Operations and Commercial teams, to give you a thorough understanding of our business and a broader skillset for when you move on through your management scheme and embark on your career within our IT function.

Fortem is looking for the right people to join as future leaders to support our ambitious growth.

The Project

Essential and Desirable Criteria
You will need have a genuine passion for IT, be driven and a fantastic communicator with the ability to work within a fast
- paced exciting environment, which is ever-changing to market demands. You will be a natural influencer, one that always challenges the norm to drive through creative solutions and has the commerciality to ensure we are maximizing our business portfolio at all times.
