Description
LHH Recruitment Solutions have partnered with a well-known fashion retailer based in Central London, who are currently on the lookout for a Recruitment Specialist to join their business on a permanent basis.
You will be responsible for sourcing & recruiting exceptional talent across various head office functions including Marketing, Procurement and IT.
You will also be expected to build & manager relationships with stakeholders & senior staff members across the head office.
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have experience working as a recruiter within a multisite retail environment with experience recruiting head office roles.
You will be expected to:
- Deliver a full 360 recruitment model, by partnering with Hiring Managers and senior stakeholders, to develop a systematic and clear recruitment strategy on all roles and manage and support the Recruiter to achieve the same
- Ensure compliance across the team, including data integrity, SLAs, KPIs and use of Applicant Tracking System and own the recruitment process
- Proven track record of working within Recruitment/Talent looking after the end-to-end recruitment process
- Experience of owning, maintaining and developing stakeholder/Hiring Manager relationships, including appropriate influencing skills
- Track record of successful and innovative sourcing strategies
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, social media and recruiting process workflows.
