Overview


2Fawcett are recruiting for a Accounts Assistant, to join a leading supplier of innovative products located in Lincoln on a permanent, full time basis.


The Role & Responsibilities of the Accounts Assistant:

  • Inputting invoice data for sales and purchase invoices
  • Updating suppliers and customers on Sage Accounts
  • Assisting with financial audits and controls
  • Purchase and sales ledger
  • Maintain Daily Cash Flow
  • Reconciling bank accounts
  • Checking purchasing invoices against relevant orders
  • Assisting with payroll
  • Completing general office duties and document control

Requirements of the Accounts Assistant:


  • AAT Qualifications are desirable
  • Qualified by experience considered
  • Microsoft Excel knowledge
  • Experience using SAGE

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
Up to £25,000.00 per year
