Overview:


We are seeking a new team member to work 2:1 with our client in their own home in Horsham. Supporting day-to-day you will help the client achieve their personal goals and pursue their interests whilst providing clinical and personal care support.

The client:
You would be working with a gentleman in his 20's. Our client has clinical needs due to his epilepsy and learning difficulties. These include rescue medications, oxygen administration and moving and handling. Our client requires someone who is patient with communication and who is happy to keep busy and remain active.**-

Requirements:

Previous paid care experience of 3 months full time caring for clients with complex needs within the UK
:

You must hold a full UK drivers licence and have access to your own vehicle due to the remote location of the clients home.
