The team is made up of 60 individuals across sales and operations from Microsoft, AWS ad Multi-Cloud Services. The Microsoft team includes Product and Licensing Specialists, Azure specialists, Surface specialists and Customer Success Managers. This team helps drive the Microsoft programmes and services and these specialist areas support our customers from beginning to end of their Softcat and Microsoft journey.

Provide support with the management of our Cloud Programmes
This is an exciting opportunity to work within the Cloud Alliances function and partner with our Public Cloud Lead.

You will have the opportunity to support the management of the Cloud programmes and the execution of our business plans and priorities.

You will also be responsible for the management of the Alliance Executives within the team.

As a Public Cloud Operations Deputy Team Leader, you'll be responsible for:

Building a great understanding of all Cloud programmes and working closely with our Cloud Partner stakeholders to support Softcat in growing program utilisation
Executing priorities set in the Microsoft business plan and accountable for ensuring to stick on deadlines & Alliance commitments
Identifying new sales opportunities and initiatives and reviewing these with the Cloud Sales Management team
Working closely and building relationship with the stakeholders at Microsoft & other Cloud Vendors
Collaborating with marketing to produce and executing a gotomarket activity and also provide support with additional marketing activities
Management of the inbox and support with the claiming of the marketing and incremental funds from Microsoft
