Apprentice Medical Reception Administrative Assistant
To work within a local medical centre based in St Helens
Apprenticeship Qualification - Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner
Duties and Responsibilities
- Dealing with patient enquiries both by phone and face to face
- Booking appointments and updating and maintaining patient records
- Inputting patient information and maintaining records on company intranet IT database
- General filing into medical records
- Liaising with various external health related agencies
Skills and Qualities
- Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality at all times
- Computer literate in Word and Excel
- This is a customer facing role and the company operate a strict dress code and therefore a professional appearance is required
This is initially a 15-month contract but you will be given the opportunity to access future prospects within the NHS and Federation of Surgeries
