Job Scope:
We are looking for an HR Administrator to provide support to the HR department by liaising with colleagues, HR administration, and supporting with people improvements throughout the organisation.
The HR Administrator will be responsible for identifying and referring issues, setting up new colleagues on HR systems, and managing colleague documents.
As an HR Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR team, ensuring smooth HR processes, and handling various HR-related communications with clear and concise written and spoken skills.
You will excel in customer service, interpersonal skills, administration, and computer proficiency, enabling you to handle documents, maintain records, and navigate HR systems efficiently.
Attention to detail, proactive thinking, and building strong relationships contribute to administering HR projects, ensuring compliance, and improving the workplace.
Possessing empathy, emotional intelligence, and a career-focused mindset, the HR Administrator will continuously develop HR knowledge, make an impact, and provide solutions.

Do you have?
- Experience working within an admin capacity
- Understanding of Microsoft
- Experience working within an HR role or team (or willingness to learn)
- Knowledge of relevant recruitment and employment legislation
- Knowledge on HR related matters
- Full UK driving licence
