Description
Please refer to the attached job description and person specification for full details of responsibilities. Perform various general administrative tasks, including managing correspondence on behalf of the team. Coordinate team calendars, appointments with a focus of on extensive diary management. Schedule meetings, prepare meeting agendas and ensure the managers have the requisite material for meetings.

Coordinate logistics, take meeting minutes and actions. Handle and follow up actions and commitments for the team, taking ownership to plan and prioritise work activities. Assist in preparing and editing document, draft presentations and reports if required. Manage and maintain accurate and up to date records, database and filing systems (virtual database platform).

Assist in organising and coordinating events, workshops and conferences. Assist with logging and tracking expenses, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budget guidelines
  • Support in managing E-roster ( work schedule system) ensuring its records for employees are up to date and accurate
  • Support in overseeing IT orders for the team, ensuring accurate recording of IT stock
  • Provide support to the wider Administration team. Training will be provided
