Temporary Assistant Supply Chain Analyst

Type:
Temporary Hybrid position (must go into office every week)


Wage:
£12 an hour


Hours: 8:30 - 17:00

Job Purpose:


To support the Supply Chain function by managing end to end supply of specified product ranges, managing the stock flow plan through automated system replenishment or push allocations.

You will assist with the forecast of stock requirements and managingstock/product flow whilst maintaining correct store and Distribution Centre stock levels to service demand in order to ensure availability and stock targets are achieved.


Responsibilities:


  • Support supply chain team with managing stock flow this will include being able to forecast and replenish to maximise availability
  • Reaching targets to deliver the sales plan
  • Raising orders, both foreign and domestic, in a timely manner and amending them as is needed
  • Data entry and administrative duties ensuring that the system contains current and accurate information
  • Run reports to help effectively manage stock levels, review processes and procedures and ensure that targets are going to be met
  • Train team members in our procedures, processes and documentation
  • Performing adhoc duties at the request of your line manager and Supply Chain Analysts

Skills and experience:


  • Experience with forecasting and replenishment of stock
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience working to KPI targets by planning and prioritising work to drive change and exceed set targets and objectives
  • Positive outlook and proven ability to work as a team
  • Problem solving and decisionmaking based upon factual data
  • You will be prompt, efficient and accurate in your decision making
  • You are aware of you own personal strengths and development needs, you will seek out advice and help when unsure, and will act upon any feedback given.
