About Our Client:
The client is an established, but rapidly growing company based within the science and research industry. Join the open and spacious St. Albans offices as a Senior Accounts Assistant to manage and process expenses and lead the purchase ledger function, while working only 3 days in office every week
As
Senior Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Processing and managing internal expense claims
- Training staff on expense processing systems
- Reconciling P11D and PSA income tax treatment of relevant claims
- Coding credit card and purchase card claims
- Producing payment runs for cash claims
- Completing balance sheet reconciliations
- Company car and mileage reporting
- Supporting the finance team with ad hoc duties
The Successful Applicant:
The perfect
Senior Accounts Assistant will have:
- Strong attention to detail
- Minimum 2 years experience in processing expenses and managing the Purchase Ledger function
- Great written and verbal communication
- Adaptable and proactive
- Experience in Excel, Word and SAP
