About Our Client:

The client is an established, but rapidly growing company based within the science and research industry. Join the open and spacious St. Albans offices as a Senior Accounts Assistant to manage and process expenses and lead the purchase ledger function, while working only 3 days in office every week

As
Senior Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing and managing internal expense claims
  • Training staff on expense processing systems
  • Reconciling P11D and PSA income tax treatment of relevant claims
  • Coding credit card and purchase card claims
  • Producing payment runs for cash claims
  • Completing balance sheet reconciliations
  • Company car and mileage reporting
  • Supporting the finance team with ad hoc duties

The Successful Applicant:


The perfect
Senior Accounts Assistant will have:


  • Strong attention to detail
  • Minimum 2 years experience in processing expenses and managing the Purchase Ledger function
  • Great written and verbal communication
  • Adaptable and proactive
  • Experience in Excel, Word and SAP
