Our client, a leading car motor group are currently looking for a
Service Advisor to join their business based out of their
Crewe dealership.


As a
Service Advisor, you will give every customer a personalised experience, impart your expertise and provide them with increased awareness and knowledge of their vehicle so that they leave our dealership feeling extremely satisfied every time while spotting upselling opportunities.


Service Advisor - Role & Responsibilities

  • Taking appointments from our lead qualification team
  • Discussing various options available to customers working within the lines of their needs and budget
  • Go over repair options & costs with customers making sure they understand what is required and why
  • Upselling additional work or service plans
  • Delivering excellent service at all times making their experience enjoyable and memorable

Service Advisor - Skills & Experience

  • Be an experienced Service Advisor independent garage or main dealer
  • Have excellent customer service ability and the desire to sell
  • Remains calm under pressure
  • Work well in fast paced busy environments
  • Must hold a valid driving licence
