Lead and manage a Sales and Design team to successfully pitch and win projects to contribute to your personal target and the overall company targets in both turnover and profitability.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Be the leader from first contact through pitch, LOI, and contract approval.
  • Meet prospective clients and determine if the project is a good fit for our proposition and resource.
  • Communicate and look for opportunities in the workplace consultation process.
  • Lead project landlord and agent communication.
  • Lead weekly internal design resource meetings with the team.
  • Coordinate all internal resources to prepare costs and design for pitch.
  • Listen, understand, and challenge a brief and communicate to the internal team.
  • Challenge the internal team on delivery and commercial performance.
  • Lead multiple project pitches through to execution of the contract and account manage thereafter.
  • Develop a strategy to develop proposals and pitch projects.
  • Accurately communicate project performance to Directors. Ensure commercial performance of projects.
  • Use design as a tool to upsell value and increase the value and margin of projects.
  • Troubleshoot unexpected situations.
  • Listen and respond to client feedback throughout the project and at completion.
  • Maintain key account relationships, leading new project proposals and ensuring client care.
  • Ensure the project has a testimonial and case study photography.
  • Authorize team member expenses/annual leave.
