HR Business Partner (8 month FTC)


Salary:
£37,000 - £40,000


Location:
High Wycombe (hybrid work available, but must be free to visit other UK sites)


Our client is looking for an Interim HR Business Partner, you will be part of a busy HR team, supporting the Head of HR in the delivery of strategic projects and change management, TUPE, acquisition, integration, engagement and employee relations.


Your responsibilities will be varied and include:

  • Leading the delivery of organisational design and change management initiatives
  • Leading business TUPE requirements including data collation and consultations
  • Assist the Head of HR with delivery of acquisitions, integrations and or business sale due diligence and processes
  • Deliver reports and people data as required to meet the needs of HR projects and initiatives
  • Take ownership for an employee relations case load as required and providing employment tribunal preparation support
  • Provide advice to Managers in relation to employee relations, policies and change management processes
  • Support the training and learning of more junior members of the team
  • Manage escalated queries regarding immigration, onboarding, general escalated queries
  • Support policy reviews and development of nonstandardised letters as required
  • Participate in the delivery of the leadership development programme
  • Deliver attrition management projects including conducting leaver calls and attrition workshops as needed
  • Deliver ER clinics as required and support with continuous learning of operations managers in HR best practice
  • Support the delivery of HR projects as required
You will have part or fully completed your Level 7 CIPD alongside the equivalent practical experience. You will have a strong understanding of employee relations, contractual and employment law. You will hold a valid UK driving licence and be flexible withtravelling to sites as required.


You will have experience of Junior HRBP or HRBP role, supporting change management initiatives and TUPE, you will have management of difficult conversations and employee relations.
