Job Description:

Brambles is currently recruiting for a Human Resource & Organisational Design Partner to join the team.

This role reports to the HR Director (Transformation, CX, Strategy, Marketing & Innovation) and forms a key part of shaping our future.

The position will be a Hybrid remote role and the successful incumbent may be based in the UK, Spain, or the USA.


An experienced HR professional with organisational design (OD) skills to support in shaping and optimizing organisation structures across the Transformation ensuring alignment with our strategic priorities and programmes and optimised for efficiency and effectiveness while contributing to enhancing overall performance, employee engagement, and strategic alignment.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Organisation Design: Develop and utilise OD expertise to coordinate and support the assessment and analysis of current structures, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to optimise efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Data Analysis: Utilise datadriven insights to help support and inform decisionmaking and measure the impact of organizational design initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including HRLT and HRBPs, business leads and employees, to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
  • Process Improvement: Support the identification of opportunities for streamlining processes and workflows, eliminating redundancies, and enhancing overall operational efficiency.
  • Change Management: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support the implementation of organisational changes, enabling smooth transitions and mínimal disruption to business operations.
  • Culture and Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, inclusivity, and employee engagement through effective organisational design, ensuring that team members feel valued and motivated, and are clear on how their role contributes to the company's success.

Capability Building:

Contribute to the development and delivery of learning and development activities to enhance organisational design capability, across the enterprise and specifically within the HR community.


  • Compliance: Collaborate with local teams to ensure any organisation designs remain compliant with employment/labour laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Human Resource Management: Provide support to the HRBP on all people processes as required, e.g. Annual Salary Review (ASR), Talent reviews, Pulse surveys etc.; Work closely with regional HR Operations team to lead process improvement initiatives; Provide daytoday administration and intelligent interpretation of HR policies and programs ensuring that they are effectively communicated to all employees; Provide support and coach managers on employee related queries

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Behavioural science, Business, Human Resources, OD or similar
  • OD
Certifications (Desirable)


Experience:


  • 5+ years related experience in Human Resources
  • Proven experience in administration and intelligent interpretation and explanation of HR policies and procedures
  • Experience working in a similar international environment.
  • Experience with HR systems, Workday preferable

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of organisational development concepts, principles, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools for data analysis and modelling.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management and change management skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
  • A strategic thinker with a keen understanding of business operations and objectives.
