Data Entry Clerk - Part time/
Fawley, Southampton /**£ £33000 per annum pro rata
**Temporary, ongoing, 30 hours per week
Kelly Services are currently working in partnership with the largest publicly traded international oil and gas company, that use technology and innovation to help meet the world's growing energy needs.
They hold an industry-leading inventory of resources andare one of the world's largest integrated refiners, marketers of petroleum products and chemical manufacturers.
The Role
- Working with Excel and other data spreadsheets, understanding and inputting local data to SAP system,
- Liaising with business teams and reporting as necessary
- Enters and updates information into computer programs or databases
- Assesses files to determine what information needs to be entered and the appropriate location for entry
- Prepares source data for entry by compiling and sorting information and establishes entry priorities
- Follows verbal and written instructions
- Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures
- Handling sensitive data and information
Ideal person
- You will have previous experience of working within a Data Entry role
- Highly numerate and accurate
- Confident and adaptable able to query anomalies and challenge as necessary
- Works with moderate work direction, and can identify issues/problems but may need assistance in resolving
- Typing skills
- Attention to detail
- Team working skills
