Sloy, Clachan, Inverawe
Salary:
£25,703 - £29,879 + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.
Working Pattern:
Permanent | Full Time
Working as part of a team, you will be responsible for the day to day operation, maintenance and repair of all Hydro Plant in order to keep the site running safely and efficiently.
- Routine inspections and checks on power stations, dams, buildings and civil catchments, maintaining all premises and plant to the required standard.
- Carrying out civil catchment operation and maintenance.
- Taking ownership for the condition of specific plant and or catchment areas.
- Work as part of other maintenance teams as and when required, coaching and developing others as required
- As the business is a 24 hour a day operation, being prepared to work outside normal working hours, where required for the safe and efficient operation of the business
What do I need?:
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
- Understanding of Hydro Plant operation and experience from a similar role; being able to demonstrate knowledge of civil maintenance works such as ditching, road repairs, building maintenance and general repairs.
- Authorisation to operate, isolate and deisolate plant and apparatus.
- Experience and authorisation to operate mobile and or fixed plant for example; 4 x 4 vehicles, cranes, trash rakes and screen hoists.
- To take charge of work areas including: civil work sites, power stations and HV open bar substations.
- Please be aware a current UK driving licence is also essential.
