Description

Specialist Supply Agency

Are you a qualified Teaching Assistant OR Nursery practitioner?
If not, do you have a passion for supporting children? Are you willing to learn and develop your skills?

Do you have experience working with children and want to get into working with challenging and complex children to raise aspirations, then get in touch and speak to our Team about the opportunities available.

We are currently recruiting for vacancies to join our Specialist Supply Agency in and around Greater Manchester and Lancashire.

Teaching Assistants provide essential support and extra eyes and ears for the class teacher, with duties ranging from class preparations to overseeing a child's individual, personal and social development.

TA's enrich a child's education in a role that is incredibly rewarding and in many ways TA's are the backbone of support needed in the classroom.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in children's lives whilst also bringing a positive impact into the classroom.

The children we work with are identified as at risk of exclusion and/or have complex, challenging needs. Children have many barriers to learning and at times can find the environment overwhelming.

Our children require nurturing, consistent and supportive adults to help them overcome these barriers and make progress within the educational setting.
