Job Summary:
Duties:
- Manage and coordinate production activities, ensuring products are manufactured in a timely manner
- Supervise production staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality control standards
- Maintain production schedules to optimise workflow
- Collaborate with other departments to meet production goals and resolve issues
Experience:
- Strong knowledge of production processes and equipment
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues
Requirements:
- Experience in sheet metal fabrication
- Supervisor experience managing a team of 1520 employees
- Good communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Good motivator
- Use measuring equipment
- Reading and understanding technical drawings
Pay:
£30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
