Do you have factory experience? Does the buzz of a production line give you job satisfaction? Have you learned skills in the food industry that you can bring to a permanent job?

We are interested in talking to you if you can run machines to process the everyday food products that you see in the supermarkets Maybe you have worked as a Line Leader and can supervise people and products, if so we have roles waiting for you

You will join the skilled team of individuals on a permanent contract from day 1 without the need to work on a temporary basis first.

You will have a short interview to talk about your experience and receive a decision as to whether you can start in the role.

This is an excellent chance to secure a permanent job quickly doing something that you already have experience in.

Regular hours, good pay, and overtime rates with a leading local companyand don't worry transport isn't a problem as buses are provided from Boston, Lincoln, and Sleaford areas.

These positions would suit people who have worked as a Line Leader, Factory Operative, Machine Minder, Machine Operator, Operative, Production Operative, Team Leader, Process Controller, QC, QA, and other food or manufacturing factory positions.
