Temporary Administrator - Rough Sleeper Access Service

Pay rate £10.18 per hour PAYE

This opening assignment is for 2 months

Basic DBS disclosure required Based within the Rough Sleeper Access Service, as part of the wider Rough Sleeping Service, the post holder will provide efficient support services and administrative assistance to the Managers and teams within this service, develop and implement effective administrative and information systems and services to support service delivery and contribute to new joined-up ways of working, as well as co-ordinate and monitor key performance information requirements to ensure that the team meets its deadlines in terms of information gathering and reporting.

The role will include administration support for multi-disciplinary team meetings, daily management of the in-boxes and financial processes Key responsibilities:


  • Providing Administration to the Rough Sleeper Access Service
  • Monitoring team inbox's
  • Minuting Multi Disciplinary meetings
  • Data input and Coordination
  • Planning and Scheduling meetings

If you are successful in securing this role, please note that for the entire duration of this contract, regardless of extension you will be working this role at the PAYE rate that has been advertised. For absolute clarity, we only work on a PAYE basis, rather than entertaining umbrella pay terms, we do not offer Ltd/umbrella or outside IR35 rates.
