And wants to take their next steps into becoming an ERP Implementer

This company will support you every step of the way

As an Applications Support, your responsibilities will include:

ERP software implementation including scoping, training & project roll-outs onsite/remotely
Ensuring the company provides proactive project delivery/support, on time & within budget
Managing data migrations, live support & ensuring client expectations are met
Providing technical & operational support & guidance to other team members
Creating project and training documentation to a high standard

We are looking for an Applications Support who has the following skills and experiences:

Experience in ERP, either in support/implementation & a UK driving license with own vehicle
Core finance & business processes knowledge e.g. supply chain management/CRM solutions
Understanding of project management methodology & data migration experience
Endtoend ERP software implementation experience e.g. scoping/training/roll outs/support
A natural communicator who is able to listen and build a rapport with clients & stakeholders
Can uphold company values and fit in with culture, proactive, hardworking & positive

In return, the successful Applications Support will receive a salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, plus excellent company benefits and perks including:
