About us
Dinas Powys Vets is a lovely community practice near Cardiff.

They offer a full range of services for small animal pets and are dedicated to offering exceptional care to our clients and patients.


We are looking for a client care administrator to work with our team of vets and nurses to provide the great communication, support and service to our clients.


The role

The role will be client focussed, greeting and welcoming clients when they arrive for appointments or to collect medications, arrange appointments on our diary, collecting payment for services and discussing our health care plan with clients.


You will need to have experience working in a customer facing role, have great communication skills and be confident on the telephone and with computer systems.

This is a busy role that will require multi-tasking, so someone with good organisation skills would be an advantage.

Working within a vet clinic requires infection control protocols, some cleaning duties will be required.

The role is 30 hours per week pm Monday to Friday.
