Due to company growth, a Sales Administration role has opened up within a fast growing and expanding exhibition stand design and build company.

Plus Group has been running for nearly 40 years and we have two main areas to our business.

Selling custom designed modular exhibition stands with professional install and dismantle services worldwide.

Selling small and portable self build display solutions worldwide.


You will be working directly with clients dealing with our Plus Display department orders, ensuring our clients have the best experience they can.


Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Administrating sales of banner stands, pop up stands and other portable displays.
  • Working with clients to take design briefs
  • Working with design studio to get artwork signed off.
  • Processing invoices and payments.
  • Drawing up job bags and liaising with production to ensure all jobs are done to the correct spec.
  • Ordering stock
  • Booking collections and deliveries
  • Ensuring records of orders are kept up to date.
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Administration experience preferable but not essential.
  • Good telephone manner
  • Ability to work under pressure and problem solve.
  • Have excellent communication skills and time management skills.
  • Be IT literate.
  • Full training will be provided.

£15,700.00 per year
