I am currently working with an established provider of children's residential care to recruit a Team Leader for their new home based in Northampton caring for Children and Young People with learning difficulties, autism and other challenging behaviours.


In this role you will;

  • Work with the team to support the home through procedures, policies and activities engaged in to provide a positive and enjoyable experience for the child or young person they are responsible for.
  • Support the existing staff team to ensure positive outcomes for the children they support
  • Work with the team to continuously develop the home to achieve and maintain Outstanding with OFSTED

To be successful in this role you will have;

  • Experienced within a home for children and young people with LD/ EBD/ Complex Needs
  • Hold a NVQ level 3 in children and young people
  • Be passionate about delivering outstanding care
