An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the friendly team at NCS Office Systems as an apprentice service controller.
In this role, you will quickly pick up the skills and knowledge needed to be successful and will become a valued member of the the team whilecompleting an SCQF Level 6 Digital Applications Apprenticeship.

Main Responsibilities
- Log all Service Calls for all regions in the internal CRM system
- Monitor call response times using internal systems and escalate if needed
- Allocate and manage the diaries of copier engineers using diary management systems
- Ensure that NCS is delivering on the agreed SLA's (Service Level Agreements) by effectively managing and monitoring calls and engineers using the internal systems
- Effectively prioritise and plan calls and visits using internal processes
- Taking ownership of Service Calls and following internal processes using internal systems
- Record regular updates on all calls, specifically those over contracted SLA
- Liaise with other departments and assist them in service related issues
- Communicate with service agents, internal stakeholders and external stakeholders using various technologies such as sharepoint, teams etc.
- Assist with administration of the Service Department
Desirable Skills
- Some experience with Microsoft packages would be beneficial
