About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team in the heart of London.
This role is pivotal in providing comprehensive HR administration support across the entire employee journey, from the moment of hiring to when they leave our organisation.
As a key member of our HR team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR processes and compliance with legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

HR Administration: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks related to HR operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in employee records and data management.

Employee Lifecycle Management: Support various HR processes across the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.

Policy and Process Advisory: Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR policies and procedures, providing advice and guidance to ensure clarity and compliance.

HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal requirements, including conducting DBS checks and managing absence tracking systems effectively.

People Changes Management: Efficiently manage changes within the organisation, such as promotions, transfers, and exits, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar HR Administrator role.
- Proficient knowledge of HR processes and legal requirements.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic DBS clearance.
