HR Manager - Permanent

Salary: 35k DOE Per Annum

Our client based in Chelmsford (outskirts) are seeking a HR Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. If you are seeking a new challenge and have a minimum of 3 years' experience within a HR background, then we would love to hear from you


Duties:


  • Advising management on the administration of HR policies and procedures
  • Managing ER related issues and processes
  • Leading, managing, and influencing other members of the team and employees across the business
  • Full regular analysis of the company's current HR programmes and recommending solutions
  • Improvising and adapting to organisational changes as and when they arise
  • Preparing and maintaining reports and business plans related to specific HR projects
  • Assisting with the development and coordination of recommended changes regarding workflow
  • Developing methods for compiling and analysing data for reports and special projects
  • Conducting audits of HR activities to ensure compliance
  • Presenting training sessions related to specific HR programs
  • Building relationships both with employees and clients
  • Working with HR systems and IT programmes, such as payroll, Excel etc.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience within a HR Department
  • Experience in project management, preferably HR related
  • Indepth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods, and best practices
  • Due to the location of this position is only available to someone with their own transport

Hours:
Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm

Office Based, Free Parking
Hybrid working available
