About the Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team at Russwood. As Marketing Assistant, you will be instrumental in driving our social media presence and video editing initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to join our established team and contribute to our company's growth.

Accountabilities

Social media: Take ownership of our social media calendar, creating and scheduling posts across various platforms, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).

Video editing: Film and edit engaging content for our social media channels.

Copywriting: Contribute to blog posts, website content, event submissions, and other written materials.

Team working: Collaborate with our Architect Liaison Team on various marketing initiatives.

Create marketing assets: Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud software is advantageous.

Website updates: Assist in updating and maintaining our website to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

General marketing duties: Support the marketing team with general marketing and administration duties as required.
About you
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in creating engaging social media content and scheduling posts across various platforms.
- Experience in video editing to produce compelling content for social media channels.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud software, facilitating the creation of marketing assets.
- Strong organisational abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Willingness to support the marketing team with general marketing and administrative duties as needed.
- Proactive mindset, actively contributing new ideas to the marketing team.
Salary and Benefits
Annual salary range £24, £27,040.00 depending on experience
40 hours per week Monday - Friday
